1) Excellent staff, cozy room, good breakfast options

it's cool and fairly clean hotel, has great location to the center of the center by subway.

the rooms are new-fashioned and perfect, have hypo-allergenic pillows. the hotel offers satisfactory and delicious breakfast with the single chef, omelletes, boiled eggs.

The decor is so tired, almost reminiscent of an old office building from the 90s, yikes. After requesting room service multiple times, I was STILL left waiting! I expected a warm welcome gift since I was such a special guest, but apparently that's not an option here. Just couldn't recommend this place, sadly.

The breakfast offered was delicious for vegans. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly and were around whole time. It had nice and perfect location close to Piazzale Gabrio Piola. The restaurant was located within 200 metres.

The hotel’s ambience was a lovely surprise, with excellent room decor and a good courtyard perfect for relaxation. The welcoming gift and personalized attention added a special touch to my experience.

The location is conveniently accessible to the metro.

The air conditioning in my room was ineffective, taking ages to cool down. I also experienced disturbances from other guests throughout the night, impacting my sleep quality significantly. Lastly, the breakfast options left much to be desired. They were quite mediocre at best, which did not meet my expectations.

It was just an ideal choice for a speedy visit in Milan with great value for money. The staff was very accommodating and provided us with a handle to open the window quickly when we asked. Consider using public transport to get around since the area can feel sketchy at night.

The lack of window openings for fresh air can feel overly restrictive. The noise from the courtyard can be bothersome, especially with loud music and guests lingering late into the night, which might disrupt your ability to recharge. Cleaning inconsistencies were apparent as well, with some spots on the floor being overlooked during housekeeping.

The location was great for exploring the city. The staff were really accommodating and the common areas were perfect. Breakfast was tasty and fresh daily. Highly recommend this spot!

21 House of stories citta studi is just a short 7-minute walk from piola subway. The co-working facilities were excellent, which I really appreciated as a solo traveler. I also loved the lovely terraces.
